•Application:

Used for transmission of fire-resisting hydraulic oil, and used with riser tensioner on deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform to compensate the drift stroke of the drill pipe.

•Standard: API Spec 7K / API Spec 17K.

•Hose structure:

Tube: Stainless steel carcass + NBR or HNBR rubber based liner sealing layer, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, gas resistance (HNBR).

Breaker Layer and external protection layers: High tension textile fabric layer

Major Reinforcement for withstanding pressure: High Strength Steel Cable

Cover: Neoprene based rubber cover, anti-flaming, wear resistance, oil resistance, ozone & ageing resistance, UV resistance, which is designed for marine environment.

•Fire resistance according to API Spec 16C, at 704℃ (1300℉) x 30 minutes.

•Different option of external protection layer are available as request or by our recommendation according to specific operation condition, for example, stainless steel armor outer wrap, embedded stainless steel wire in cover, or polyethylene spiral guard, etc.

•Working temperature: Class I, -25℃ to +82℃

•Flexibility specification level: FSL1

•Maximum continuous length: 60 meters

•Length tolerance: Length up to 6.4m, with tolerance 64mm; Length longer than ±6.4m, with tolerance ±1%;

•Measurement basis of Minimum Bending Radius (MBR) is center line of each hose.
